Don't waste your time. I booked the Mekong Delta tour, which was bad enough in itself, but Genuine tour asked us to arrive at their office at 7:30 for the 8am tour. 35 min later the tour guide, from a different company, eventually came to find us. And on top of that, the night before we had booked the dinner cruise through them but none of the staff on the boat recognised the voucher we'd been given, so we were put on a different boat with an awful buffet instead of the al a carte we'd paid for.
