  • I used to love this place. The last two times I went here, the staff were absolutely atrocious. Last night - we waited in line to buy tickets, but were told they would not sell tickets until 12am. We went back to wait in line again, and got to the ticket booth at 12:05am. We approached a different ticket holder, but the man who had told us to go back in line began shouting over her shoulder that he had told us 3 times already (??), and that we weren't allowed in. We asked him why? It's past 12am like he said, and people were leaving so the bouncer let us through? He didn't offer an explanation - they had just sold a ticket to a guy in front of us. He told us we had to talk outside and when outside, he told the bouncers we were done and not allowed back in. Completely in shock - no rhyme or reason - and apparently he's "the head guy." Not sure why he would treat paying customers this way. We waited for 40 minutes to get back in and were escorted out for trying to buy a ticket. The other time I came here, I was pinned against a wall by my neck by a security guard for using the bathroom with my friend. I think they thought we were up to something, although we weren't. When she wouldn't let me go, I asked to go get my jacket, but she pushed me against the wall harder. Isn't this assault?? Why did she pin me against a wall but not my friend? I wasn't even drunk. I don't know who owns this place now, but the staff are very aggressive and rude. You can expect to be kicked out for something very small or in my case, no reason at all.
  • I had a wonderful time at a concert here! The theatre has so much history and character, and the balconies are incredible.
