  • This is a nice touch if you are nearby. The steps are quite dramatic and easy to find. It’s a unique part of the local ambiance. Not sure I’d had the energy to fun up then though.  more »
  • suggestive place and reminiscent of the cult horror film par excellence "The Exorcist". are the stairs where they shot the scene of the priest committing suicide

  • This set of stone steps in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington D.C. are famous for being featured in the 1973 film “The Exorcist”. There is no much to do in the stairs (just take pictures). There is not even a sign or anything indicating the history of these steps. But I really enjoyed because Georgetown it’s just gorgeous! So, if you are going to Washington D.C., you definitely must go to the beautiful Georgetown. The Steps are just a curious fact.
  • If you enjoy horror movies, then you will definitely want to check these out. As soon as you come across the Key Bridge, pull into the gas station and park. You are at the bottom of the stairs. The house is at the top and to the left. Someone lives there, but you can walk up the stairs. Careful they are steep.
