    Excellent distillery - well worth the stop. Hit J. Carver on Sunday afternoon with my wife and was pleased with everything about J. Carver. Excellent spirits, well made drinks, and a fine tasting room. Their various whiskeys are well done and their liquors provided a nice balance. The Barrel Gin is outstanding and they make a lovely Old Fashion with it. The meat and cheese tray is nice, as a lot of other Minnesota distilleries don't have any food options. We had a lovely time and will be back for another visit.

    Amazing experience! Very informative! Great vodka and whiskey. Would highly the tour. This experience opened my husbands eyes to new kinds of whiskey! Love! Go and try it 😀
