Templar Shooting Sports, Tullahoma

Templar Shooting Sports will serve Coffee County and Middle Tennessee as the premier shooting and training center for the entire family. Classes for all ages will be offered alongside the TN Hand Gun Permit course and Defensive pistol training.

Templar Shooting Sports is going to be a 9000 square feet facility, with 2 bays of 5 shooting lanes, 10 lanes in all. The lanes will be 25 yards with all new and state of the art range equipment. This will be the backstop/bullet trap, target retrieval systems, shooters booths and baffling, with climate controlled air systems. The bullet trap will support all calibers of firearms, so you can bring in rifles up to .308. A modern classroom that will seat 25 people with an audio/video system for training. There will be 1800 square feet of retail area where you can find anything you'll need for your firearms needs. Guns, gear, accessories, clothing, ammo, rentals, etc. There will also be a shooters lounge with a stocked coffee bar and vending machines for snacks and such.

As a family oriented facility, you will be greeted by our family. This will be a safe, clean and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy and we want everyone to feel welcome when you come through the doors. We will host monthly and weekly in house events, such as ladies nights, date nights with baby sitters, and the like (schedules to be announced later). We will also welcome organizations to host events at the facility, such as IDPA shoots etc.

About the owner,

Rich is a 10 year military veteran, former deputy sheriff of 6 years from the Denver, CO area and has been a protective agent/security consultant providing services to the US Government for the last 10+ years in the ugly places of the planet. He has experience instructing in all aspects of training and has been a trainer since his years with the US Coast Guard, to include operators from every corner of the military special operations community. Real world instruction is the focus. So, expect to learn practical application of training for your daily life when you train with Rich. He is also a father, husband, grandfather and son, who enjoys every waking moment he can have with his large and ever growing family. He knows and understands the needs of a busy family who are looking for a safe and enjoyable hobby that can include even the youngest of family members.
