  • I’m very disappointed. I came to spend my hard earned money just like everyone else and hopefully win some cash but their waitresses definitely cater to their Caucasian guests. We were ignored for 30....  more »

  • Magnificent casino and world class. Huge array of slot machines equipped with the latest digital technology. Table games are numerous with a great variety of games. Surprisingly, food prices are sky high although quality is above average. Most slots are penny or two with minimum of .30 per line. Casino although huge, it is well laid out with directional signs in strategic locations. Although it's not a Mirage, it's still has its charm.
  • The Hard Rock is a really great place to stay. The decor is very cool and entertaining to look at and the restaurants I got to try have good food. We especially liked the Noodle Bar there and the alcoholic ice cream was a unique and tasty experience I've never had before. This is not even mentioning that the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Everything was pretty sanitary and I felt fairly confident that it was safe to be in the casinos with the precautions they took to social distance. The only thing that kind of hindered me personally is that people can smoke in the down stairs casino. It made moving around or being downstairs a bit troublesome as a person who has sensitive lungs. It's the bigger area and it's right outside the only main access point to the rooms for guests as far as I know. Not to mention a lot of the restaurants and stores line the outside of the main floor, so it's practically unavoidable if you want to experience some of the hotel's amenities (other than the pool and spa and a few places to eat which I didn't get to use this time around.) They had a smoke free casino upstairs which is something I appreciated, but it's smaller and it kind of seemed like there were a few more expensive slot machines were upstairs. If you have asthma or sensitive lungs like me just remember there's a lot to do on the second floor too and maybe stick to the edges of the bottom floor when going places unless you'd rather take a shortcut through the casino. It's a really big hotel and I honestly have no idea how the employees manage to breathe through all that smoke and zip around with their masks on all day.
