  • This is a working museum. You walk amongst the ship builders and the designers As they lay out the blueprints or construct the main frames of the ship. It’s a walking tour that will take you several hours if done properly. I enjoyed every minute. Thank you for such a good job
  • This museum pushes well beyond simply "good". It's exploration of all facets of life beside the river from the founding of it to modern day is aptly told not solely in text, like many other more commercial museums do. Instead, this museum is hands on and demonstrative by both the choices in exhibits, but the activity of keeping the art of wooden ship building alive. Worth every penny and more.
