  • Great place to visit! For being a free to the public museum, they really put a lot of effort into making it interactive and interesting. We started out watching their 12 min film which gave an in depth look at Sioux City and its history and was well put together and kept our attention throughout the entire film/show. We then went on to explore a bunch of artifacts from the cities past and lots of interactive exhibits. If you are looking to spend an hour doing something fun for free, I would definitely recommend. We were also able to park just across the street from the museum and it was only $0.75 an hour.
  • We had a short stay in town and stopped in here. Pretty amazing for a free museum! My kids loved it, especially the rock area. We watched the video show and explored the exhibits for a couple hours. Clean bathrooms. Great activity for a snowy day!
