This beach is just a bit north of Hangar Beach. Going south on A1A, it's the first beach you come to. There's plenty of parking, bathroom, showers. There's a good boardwalk that takes you through the.... more »

Obviously tarted up with the help of the personnel of Patrick AFB which is across the road, hence the patrolling MP's. We stopped to watch the Wisconsin National Guard Air Wing (?) doing takes offs... more »

Would not recommend. Unless you're cool with getting searched by MP for no reason. 3 stars because its still a beach. But unless you're military I would hop on down to another boardwalk so you don't get your beach day interrupted by people looking for more than just sand in your bathing suit.

Great beach, losts of parking, a place to wash off the sand, nice shade under the rocks, waves are known to break well here. Not a good beach for hanging near the shoreline. There are tons of broken shells and large rocks to cross over.
