  • Gorgeous. Tons of seashells. It’s family friendly. Not pet friendly. Free parking…take the mangrove shortcut to the beach. There’s a slight drop off once you get past all the shells then a sandbar...  more »

  • Beautiful beach, specially in low tide, you have no be careful if you have small children because the current is very strong. It's also a great spot for fishing, wich works out perfectly if you like to fish while your family enjoys the beach. We picked the most beautiful shells you can imagine and the sunset was unbelievable! Highly recommend it!
  • Great place for fishing. The water is stunning. Parking can be tricky but once you find a spot you can walk back and forth across the bridge. The current makes for excellent fishing but if you're bringing kids I recommend crossing the bridge to Captiva. The water is calmer. We've brought our dogs there before and never had an issue. If you're staying in the area I would definitely make the trip out there. It's what southwest Florida is all about!
