  • Great place to bring visitors or picnic with friends and families. See planes land and there is a small museum on the hill. Great photo opportunities. You can walk down to the wharf and there are nice restaurants nearby after your walk. We had a company party here, which was a great place for an event with 50+ people. The shelters were nice and offered plenty of space for food and shade. The park admission fee of $6 per car was paid by the company, and I’m not sure if i’d pay that myself to come back.
  • I went to have a nice picnic with my whole family and some flew in from Texas. The next day everyone woke up with bites. Literally everyone was covered in bites and these are not mosquito bites these are fleas that bite you. The bites are so big the doctor even said these are not mosquito bites they are fleas.
