  • We stopped at Beaver Meadows Visitor Center on our way out of Rocky Mountain National Park. This was a smaller Visitor Center with a theater downstairs and restrooms in a separate building outside.  more »
  • We walked in, told them we were looking for a quick hike and they gladly helped us with suggestions that ended up being perfect.  more »

  • There is no greater use of tax dollars than the National Park Service. I had a great time in this small visitor center, found a few souvenirs for friends and spoke to a ranger for hiking recommendations. Her name, no kidding, was Robin Williams. Quite auspicious. We drove every road that wasn't closed with snow (April). Awesome time!
  • Super helpful rangers that gave great advice for our hike. We came in March so it’s always a bit up in the air, but he was super helpful on giving us a map, showing us where to go, letting us know the trail conditions, and telling us the level. They have a nice little shop and a place to learn more about the wildlife too. Would suggest stopping in to see what you are getting into. (Pictures is from deer ridge trail)
