After "escaping" from our first room in Austin Texas (during a family vacation late in 2014) we were hooked!! We had so much fun we quickly visited several others and decided to bring this unique "brand" of family fun to the Delaware beaches! We're hoping you join us and become an escape room addict too!

Escape Rehoboth reviews
We went with my family for my partner's 25th birthday. We had a really good time! We were in the room "In Hot Water" which was themed as a cooking show and we had to find the food to present for... more »
Our daughter has been dying to try an escape room, so for her 10th B Day we decided to give Escape Rehoboth a try. They did not disappoint! What a great family exercise, great time!! Thanks!! more »
I gave this place one star because of the staff. The two middle aged dudes with the bald heads seemed to not want to be there. or be around kids. They were passively rude when correcting my child and others multiple times on our visit. For example Instead of explaining how to do something in a game when one of the kids asked a question they would tell them how as if they should have already known. All while sitting at the front desk to play games on their phones. There are no rules posted ,but everyone (both kids and adults) kept getting into trouble for crossing old red tape on the floor, and removing their own VR sets. They have enough random seating a for 20 or more people but only have 6 game screens. They darken the room but on a sunny day it doesn't matter because they have a window front store that makes it blinding because the rest or the establishment is dark with small neon lights. Was also not happy with the "that's what she said jokes" around a group of 10-12 yr olds. Extremely unprofessional.
I am a VR addict who cannot own his own device and Escape Reality was a fantastic discovery by my brother and I. Their customer service and overall atmosphere made the place feel more like I am playing VR at a friend's house rather than in an arcade. Their pricing is reasonable based on the prices for the equipment they have ($500 for the VR Headset and Sensors alone). I hope to keep returning every year I am at the beach.
