Milagra Ridge is a 275-acre (111 ha) open space park that is an isolated island ecosystem, located about 7 miles (11 km) south of San Francisco, between the cities of Pacifica and Daly City. It was first inhabited by the Ohlone indigenous people, and was later claimed by Spanish settlers and Mexican ranchers.

  • More steep trails up the coastal mountains, but some very nice views. Depending upon time of year, also wildflowers.  more »
  • Our development is embraced by this piece of the GGNRA. Dog walkers as well as other walkers like it. There's not much parking at the top of the trail, but there's now some parking down on Oceana at.....  more »
  • Beautiful hike especially in sun
  • A great hiking destination with some parking on either end of the trailhead. The northern trailhead is nicer with a designated parking lot. The trail from one end to the other is about 1.6 miles long. The battety sites are very cool and worn out but share a time in history.
