A sprawling shopping, dining, and entertainment area, Disney Springs is an outdoor complex offering free entry and complimentary parking. Separated into three themed sections, the complex includes a large marketplace area, housing the world's biggest Disney store and a Ghirardelli chocolate shop that displays antique chocolate-making equipment. Use the marketplace as the hub of your exploration and download a map to your mobile device to find noteworthy attractions in the other sections, such as an old-fashioned dine-in movie theater or a modern 30-lane bowling alley. End your visit with a ride on a tethered balloon, which provides 360-degree views of the entire resort from a height of 120 m (400 ft). A great evening out with the family. There's many shops and restaurants to select from. Depending on the schedule there is live music and public outdoor stage featuring shows. The ambience is nice especially with all the lights in the evening. There is also a hot air balloon ride where you can have a fantastic Aerial view of the Disney area. The parking is free.
Excellent place to take the family to escape the parks for an evening! There is so much to see and do here you won't be bored. Lots of exciting places to eat and entertain the little ones at the same time. Or get a great dessert while out walking around. The sunset is beautiful over the trees as there is an unobstructed view from the bridge.
