  • Learned a lot from this museum. The exhibits were fascinating and instructive. My only quibble was that some of the medical prostheses shown in the human exhibit were a little outdated.  more »
  • Husband and grandson really enjoyed looking and reading the displays. Very well put together with lots of good information.  more »

  • This museum is smaller than I expected, but my boyfriend and I loved it! Truly fascinating that almost every skeleton in the place is real, and it was definitely interesting to see the skeletal structures of so many different animals, as well as the skulls of different human races! Some of the animal skeletons on display include various felines, dogs, birds, monkeys, and there are even a couple whale skeletons suspended in the air! Go check this museum out for yourself; you will not be let down!
  • World class! This off the beaten path museum is an internationally recognized treasure making it a destination unto itself. This is no "roadside curiosity" but a full museum full of rare specimens impeccably displayed and curated. Delightfully modern and professionally staffed, this is worth the drive, and a minimum of half a day to enjoy. You will be amazed from the moment you step in. Check it out!
