Winslow Farm Animal Awareness is a non-profit charitable organization devoted to the rescue and care of abandoned and mistreated animals. Established in 1996, Winslow Farm exists for one purpose: to provide love and care to the many animals without a home or for those that have been abused and/or neglected by their previous owners. A sanctuary where animals can learn to trust humans once again. For Winslow Farm Animal Sanctuary and beyond, use our Norton online travel planner to get the most from your Norton vacation.
In the fall of 1997, Winslow Farm opened it's doors to the public as a petting farm, offering the public an opportunity to meet and interact with the 183 animals that live on the farm. In addition to an animal sanctuary, Winslow Farm offers a variety of animal-oriented activities including birthday parties for children, pony rides, group educational tours, nature hikes and trails, as well as special events occurring during the holiday seasons. These activities serve to educate the public about neglected, abused, and abandoned animals, general animal care, and allows animals the exposure to a population of "good" humans that these animals can learn to trust.
Winslow Farm offers a tranquil setting, either by the campfire or by the Meadow Brook Pond for reflecting, writing, meditating and enjoying nature, in addition to the opportunity to visit and interact with the over 200 animals at Winslow Farm.
Winslow Farm Animal Sanctuary reviews

We were pleased to see how well taken care of the rescued farm animals are. They seem healthy and contented. Also this was a fun place to visit with all its scary decorations in the Halloween season..... more »
My kids had a blast with the animals as we were walking around. The animals are not aggressive at all, but aren’t interested either in being your best buddy. They co-exist with you while you are walking around. Would definitely go back again, especially where it’s for a great cause.
Such a great place. Such happy animals. You can tell they are loved & taken care of. Quite large - didn't realize how big it was!! We would definitely come back. Small climb on playground. Seesaws. Picnic tables. Great place for young kids or just a great little date day spot.
