Worth the time for a short stop. Read the history of Elmers Fountain, very interesting what a man can do. The broken fountain has been repaired and the place is very clean. Fill your water bottle.... more »

This roadside attraction was super easy to get to going east down I 90. Just take exit 66 it's right there. Then it's just right there to get back on. Good quick stop to check it. One of the fountains had fallen down and not much water was coming out of the other. The history and story behind the fountains are really cool. Mountains and Gold Creek are beautiful.

Delicious water from a scenic spot. It was hard to get to though. Google said it was accessible from the West bound lane but you have to turn around of on that side. Highly recommend stopping by and filling a water bottle.
