  • A must see if you are in the area and have any desire to learn of the original inhabitants of Colorado. Surprised to find out this is actual a state run museum. Kudos to the state for their recognition of the native peoples. Friendly folks at the front register - ask about the military discount (free entry). Excellent displays and numerous artifacts on display. Educational, informative and at times disturbing, as any honest look at Native American history can be. Interesting grounds, including a boardwalk to the river across the street.
  • I cant give it any less than a perfect rating. So much time has been spent beautifying and instilling historical information into this quaint little Museum and rec. area. It's a tranquil spot that has The Great Spirit flowing through n through!
