This is a beautiful hike, often alongside the creek. A few waterfalls along the way. Some pretty meadow areas. Very well maintained trail. more »
Small creek, but great if your are into creek fishing (which means expecting limited spots, plenty of opportunities to snag, and working to catch your fish). However, that said, fishing can be great and it is stocked. Best general area is between LA Aqueduct to before Movie Flats Road. Plus breath-taking views of Mt. Whitney and Lone Pine Peak.
Small, clear and cold creek that is fed by the Sierra mountains.
