Explore the acre and a quarter of winding paths beneath the canopy of ornamental trees, where beds of shade loving hosta, hellebores and primroses grow. Bridges cross the creek, leading you past iris beds into the East Garden, with its stone wall, sunny rock garden and colorful heather berm. Mature rhododendrons surround the perennial flower beds, glowing in the sun. This is a botanist’s paradise. Open to the public every day from dawn to dusk, free of charge.

  • A beautiful garden! Such a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the flowers and butterflies. We were even graced with a hummingbird stopping by. We had the garden to ourselves for quite some time, which was a treat on an otherwise busy Labor Day. A huge variety of gorgeous flowers and trees.
  • Such a beautiful walk through with all the butterflies and flowers. Sat a while to have a cute little coffee date with my love đŸ’œ
