The original Williams distillery was established in 1768 by Col. Joseph Williams, a Revolutionary war hero in General George Washington's army. It continued to operate, passing from one generation to the next, until 1903 when the company was incorporated by Nicholas Glen Williams. It was at this time that the Old Nick Williams Company was officially born.Arrange to visit Old Nick Williams Farm and Distillery and other attractions in Lewisville using our Lewisville tour itinerary planner.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting the distillery back on Aug 18th. Met will owner Zeb williams after we walked in and took the tour with Zeb as our tour guide. Very informative and his passion for his craft is evident, We had already seen the episode of the Distillery on the discovery channel so it was very nice to meet one of the stars, Zeb is a down to earth modest gentlemen, and the tour was just great. The history they have in the building is mind boggling, really neat. after our tasting we purchased 6 bottles and 2 very great cigars to bring back with us to New York. we also got to meet Zeb's mother and Father, super nice folks, Mrs. Willams must have spoken with us for over an hour after the tour along with Zeb. Great folks, there bourbon is very good. So much family history! I hope one day to be able to purchase their products up here in NY, but with my daughter attending college in NC it will be fine just to stop in now and then. If you get a chance don't pass up this tour, it's really something! And there great people!
The tour sounds good. The bourbon is bad . I was given two bottles. Can't drink it. Taste like paint remover.
