Kapalua Ziplines, Lahaina

We had a great time zip lining with Nessa, Justin, Andy and Corey Woods. We have been on several zip line adventures, but this by Far was the best one we have ever done!! The guides were very professional, but also very friendly, enthusiastic and enjoyable. The set up with the dual zip lines and the length of the zip lines was great. Also, the views of the Pacific ocean were awesome while we were enjoying our zips! My wife was very apprehensive about doing the ATV ride as we have been on ATVs before where the ride was very rough; however, she was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of the ride. Justin did And awesome job of driving the ATV and avoiding all the ruts while still driving fast for an enjoyable ride. Charlie did a nice job driving us from the base to the top of the zip line and then back down after we were finished. All of your employees are an asset to your organization and treat your customers very well. We plan to return to Hawaii in few years and your Zips are on the top of our list. Thank you for all the effort you put forth in safety and training. It shows in your employees.

We had a fantastic experience with Kapalua Ziplines during our recent Maui stay. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly which allowed me to feel confident and entertained during our time with them. Their front desk person wasn't reflective of our overall happiness with our experience which was unfortunate given she was our first impression - this is the only reason I am giving four stars instead of five.
