Welcome! Outer Banks Yoga was founded to promote positivity and nurture self-care in all it's forms - body, mind and spirit. We offer inspired yoga and Pilates mat classes, beach yoga, private sessions, meditation, workshops and a beautiful teacher training program.

Our instructors are internationally trained, inspired, nurturing, wise...and fun!

We know what it means to feel over-extended, to be raising a family, running a household, managing a career (and all simultaneously).

  • We arranged a private beach yoga class for a group of 15 at our rental in Kill Devil Hills. It was a pleasure to work with Michelle to get the class scheduled and Anne was a wonderful instructor! She came to our unit about 10 minutes prior to class time, helped everyone get set up, and provided a 75 minute class appropriate for all levels. Our group ranged in age from 4 to 70. The feedback was very positive from all participants and this will become an annual tradition for our group. Thank you, Outer Banks Yoga!
  • My sister and I attended Saturday beach yoga off the Kitty Hawk pier. What a fantastic experience!! Renee was such an amazing instructor, really providing such explicit instruction with movements and form and teaching us to really be present during the yoga practice. She also gave us the courage and tools to perform a headstand, which I never thought I'd be able to pull off at my current level. Her sense of humor and radiating warm energy really added to the experience. I highly recommend - it was the perfect way to end our vacation and give myself a much needed dose of wellness :-)
