  • Beautiful and well maintained grounds and gardens. Great to walk around in itself but we did the first floor tour of the home. Our tour guide Dan was fantastic and beyond knowledgeable. You can tell that he cares about his craft. He knew the history behind every piece of furniture and design. He did not miss a beat to any questions asked to him. The house is gorgeous and well worth the visit.
  • The view alone is worth 5 stars! I’ve driven by many times and always wanted to stop by, so one day I finally did. The house itself was closed but I did get to walk around outside and watch the sunset. It’s a picturesque place and just breathtaking. The amount of work it must have taken to build this home is crazy- especially in the 1800’s and with horse and buggy I presume.
