Huge display of fire trucks and firefighting equipment that exceeds every expectation. This is a must-visit if you are anywhere near Hudson, NY. more »

We like to stop at fire museums. My husband brought a patch from our department to donate. Lots of old and very cool trucks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very child friendly. more »

This is a very interesting place to visit, it shows a lot of the history of firefighting as well as displaying actual fire trucks and equipment. As their website indicates, it's not really for kids, most of the stuff is antique, but they do seem to be including some interactive exhibits that are tailored towards kids.

Our 3yr old grandson was in awe of the hands on firetrucks and apparatus! He was Fire Chief for the afternoon! Courteous and friendly staff answered questions and introduced us to their mascot, Molly the Fire Dalmatian. There is a variety of children activities to keep them busy for hours! Well stocked gift shop too! Since it's Smokey the Bear's 75th Birthday this year, one of the vintage trucks paid him homage! Well worth the fee and afternoon! 🚒🚒
