Essentially a giant chocolate store and visitor center, Hershey's Chocolate World offers factory tours and activities suitable for Hershey fans of all ages. You can learn about the process of making chocolate and pick up free samples of various Hershey products on a tour that only lasts a few minutes, or immerse yourself in a full factory experience by donning a hairnet and an apron and entering a working chocolate manufacturing area. As you follow a bar of chocolate down the long production line, you can design and personalize the package for your own edible souvenir. True chocolate connoisseurs can also join a multimedia discussion with industry experts, providing short lessons about the art of chocolate tasting. Hershey's Chocolate World reviews
Enjoyed a quiet, low crowd visit mid-week. Walked right on the chocolate ride and didn’t wait in line for checkout. Already decorating for the holiday season. more »

Chocolate world is a great place to take pictures and buy souvenirs to remember your time going to Hershey park. Their milkshakes are the best. One thing that’s bad though is the ride. Growing up in the Hershey area, going to chocolate world was a lot of fun. My favorite part was the ride. Seeing how the ride has changed over time, I feel like it has only gotten worse. The whole purpose of the ride was to give the community the real feel of how chocolate is made. Although now everything is just electronically shown and it has lost its real feel. Not to mention you have to walk so much extra to get to the entrance now when it was fine before. The Mr cow that took your picture was always fun for children but now he’s taken out. Also one thing that I do not like is the ending where it used to play music and have the little Elvis go across the screen and other throngs about chocolate world. Although it’s nice to show families enjoying their time there now, honestly people do not really care too much because it’s not them or someone significant. I guess to end my rant the ride was better before they switched it all up.
Love this place. Would visit many times, again. Love making my personalized chocolate bar. Love the chocolate tour. Loved all the 4-5 activities there were to do here. Also, We purchased great keepsakes and treats for relatives. Great job guys!
