  • Do not stay at this place! The people who run it are rude and dishonest. We stayed there last weekend (Aug. 17-19, 2018). We got charged $150 extra after we left. Nobody notified us of that charge. We found out about it from the bank statement. When we called, the man we spoke with allowed himself the use of obscenities, and, according to him, we damaged the cabin. The place is run down and falling apart. The door to the bedroom wasn't shutting, the screen on the front door fell of when the loaded spring slammed the door shut. Those issues we were aware of. We were also told that we dented the refrigerator and broke the couch. We did not do that! When we left they were the way we found them. I don't think we were supposed to be charged for all that. Nobody takes care of this place. When we got there, we thought about leaving when we saw the conditions, but it was late and we had a 2-year old with us, so we decided to stay. We should have left! There are two pitbulls running around loose. One of them was growling at me, and made me nervous. The place was full of flies. Everything is run down. We would not return. And we would not recommend this place.
  • Our family of 12 (including 6 kids and an infant) had a fantastic time with the Ferros and their lovely horses. They took care with each kid to make sure they felt safe and comfortable and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely go back at our earliest opportunity.
