Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary, Garrison

Indian Brook Falls which is near the Audubon facility was running very nice this morning and I took the blue trail to the boardwalk and walked throughout the marsh looking across to West Point. Trail is easy enough but in places its rocky, wet might make it harder to negotiate but take it slow and one is fine. With the change of seasons the colors here might just pop. Well worth a trip and a visit.

Enjoyed the hike. Trails are "easy," relatively speaking: We hiked in street clothes and tennis shoes and lead healthy lives but don't hike regularly. Majority of the trail is rocks and boulders. If you can climb stairs with ease, this hike will be fine. Good places to stop, rest, and enjoy the views. Parking was clearly marked and the trail to the marsh was easy to follow. We were there just to hike rather than look for the "important" birds. I would assume that the place gets busy during migration seasons. Staff/volunteers were on the trails and friendly enough.
