Don’t park in the parking lot. We went to the parking gate but couldn’t leave as we were boxed in by cars behind us. So we had no choice to continue. Why did we want to leave? It was $10 to park, and.... more »

My kids loved this. We got the all day wrist bands, it's the best option as far as pricing. We were able to exit the pier and return later with our same bands. Everyone was very nice. My girls favorite was the water ride, you get absolutely soaking wet!!!! My hubby and and I loved walking all the way to the end of the pier, the view was amazing and the breeze was just what we needed on a hot summer day.

Not acceptable the way they tried to treat us today! The Google info said open till 8 pm, as did the sign at the front of the pier. We arrive about 4:40. Along about 4:55 we find out they are closing early at 5:00! They said nothing about it when we bought our tickets going in. They tell us corporate made a decision to close early, though the weather was fine. The "manager" who told us of the decision said that all who were there could stay and they weren't forcing anyone to leave. Within 15 minutes of telling us that, they started shutting rides down. When we asked for a refund they said only a rain check, but we're from out of state. They said no refund. We had to call corporate office and put pressure on them to give us a refund! They finally agreed after we and several other customers complained loudly enough to them. This is bad customer service and I do not recommend this attraction or anything related to their parent company, Landry Inc.
