  • A lovely little park and campground for a weekend getaway. They have kayaks for checkout, and nice shady spots. Great bathrooms that are very clean. But the massive ancient live Oak is the real draw. Its impossibly huge, just an incredible site to see.
  • Had a very nice and relaxing time here at the park. It was my very first time canoeing and it was quite exciting. The water is not very clear so it felt a little dirty but that's normal. We actually saw and encountered a few gators while we were canoeing. A tiny bit scary! But overall it was a really good experience. Customer service was great. The staff provided clear instructions, which was especially helpful for us (a group of people who were not familiar with kayaking or canoeing in florida at all).
