We visited Copicut Woods in early May, using the Shockley Trail, following the Soggy Bottom Trail, and hiking back along Miller Lane. Miller Lane is beautiful, with a lovely allee of trees and stone..... more »

Really amazing property with some epic stone walls and foundations. There are tons of trails, from wooded paths to carriage roads. It's a perfect property for families as most of the trails are very stroller and kid friendly. There's even a lovely little covered picnic area right off one of the main paths. Some simple little loops through the property make it perfect for a quick hike when you just need to get some green space. The only downside is that I had a hard time navigating to the parking areas, even with the help of the Trustees official guide. Hopefully improvements will be made to the listing on Google Maps so people can wayfind more easily.
