My wife and I were camping in Estes Park and saw the ad on google when looking up local chuckwagen dinner shows. We have been to many and always enjoy the style of dinner show. We were well pleased with the meal ,but by far we were so impressed with the show. They were such a tight group and the music was Amazing! Everyone had such unique abilities! I will start with "Little Joe" who has an amazing gift on guitar, mandolin ,and fiddle! He is such a huge talent! The Music director, not only has tremendous talent but organized a perfect show! The Young lady has a beautiful angelic singing voice as well as great guitar talent! The older gentleman who sat in on guitar for several of the songs has such great ability bringing in the wonderful talent of yodeling as well as as great guitar abilities! The gentleman playing guitar and harmonica had a wonderful ability not only with his musical skills but his lighthearted humor really brought out the humorous side of everyone! But I save the best for last. The man singing most of the lead vocals and did the announcing really made the show! His talents range from his Amazing vocal range and abilities to his spot on impersonations! We have truly not witnessed as well rounded show of this type until this show! Thank You for a wonderful evening that will forever remain the highlight of our vacation!
A great way to spend the evening for three hours of family fun. Set in the old Elkhorn Lodge, this is the perfect backdrop for a classic western show. Singing, music, and comedy is strung together over two acts with a 15-minute intermission. Though most of the humor is from 60s and 70s era, and kids may not understand it, it is still a good time. Performers come from varied backgrounds, some of them have had careers with famous musicians. There are two different shows, one for even-numbered days and he other choir odd-numbered days. Food was OK, but not bad. A must-do experience for the family.
