    Very historic, enjoyed the beautiful homestead and grounds. Guides are very knowledgeable.

    The Nye Homestead is a classic New England colonial house that is the center for an active community of volunteers who give tours and sponsor class and events on their property. A particular standout for me are the hearth cooking classes. Its wonderful to be able to cook in their beautiful fireplace and bake in their beehive oven. I encourage you to visit and take advantage of all they have to offer!
