Off season trip, saw at least 12 horses and a mule. Guide was knowledgable and helpful. Perfect trip!

I have nothing other than wonderful things to say about my tour guide, Paul. He made my grandfather and I feel welcome, safe, and proud to be on the island. We were able to see eighteen different horses while learning about the ecology and the history of the area. Paul also entertained us with stories of growing up in the area and he and my grandfather had a great time talking about people both of them know, even though we are from different areas in the country. It was well worth the 3 hour drive from Greenville, in addition to my 15 hour drive from Missouri. Please use this tour and request Paul if possible! You won’t regret it! I have to add: they called us early on the morning of our reservation and let us know the weather was too cold for it to be enjoyable. They rescheduled us for the next day and even let us go out an hour earlier than we planned so we could get out there and back to Greenville by dark. They were very accommodating and had we been unable to attend, they offered a full refund.
