  • Another best kept secret in Clemson! If you have a grandchild that loves dinosaurs, the excitement will be hard to contain.  more »

  • Great place to learn about SC geology. There is an impressive collection of minerals from SC and beyond available here, and an excellent exhibit showcasing the fluorescent minerals that can be found in our area. The paleontological section is also very comprehensive and interesting.
  • The Bob Campbell Geology Museum is definitely worth visiting. It has a lot of information packed into a small space. There are a variety of exhibits, including several dinosaur skeletons and a display of phosphorescent rocks. There are several "touch me" displays as well as scavenger hunts of varying difficulty. The only thing not kid friendly is that the restrooms are in an adjacent building. The gift shop stocks a variety of dinosaur themed items among other things. Add on the free admission and there is very little not to like!
