Quintessential Columbia River gorge destination. Great place to hang out by the river. The water is great on a warm day for a swim. There is also an easy kid friendly hike to starvation Creek that starts at the parking lot on the other side of the highway.
This site has a campground on one side of the highway that is very small but quiet. The other side has a pleasant day use park by the Columbia River. Small. Out of the way and quite pleasant.
