Very fun and well done escape room! I can genuinely say this is the most fun I have had in an escape room out of 6 others I did previously. 7 college kids had a great time and really enjoyed every... more »

Our family of four (including 2 teenagers) completed the U-Boat in less than the given hour. Now, just so you know, we’ve probably done at least 25 other escape rooms at this point. But we did use..... more »

Amazing escape room! I did The Heist, and it was challenging but without being frustrating. Staff was very friendly and helpful with how to approach the puzzles. I went with my family and we all loved it. Would highly recommend for team building events and puzzlers. Looking forward to seeing more rooms open up!

Red Fox Escapes provided an amazing experience! My family of four (and another guest we were grouped with) had a great time. Founders and designers Marie and Nico were excellent hosts and game masters. You can tell that they took great care and joy in creating "The Heist". Not only were the puzzles interesting and challenging, but the rooms were engaging to look at even if you didn't want to help your group solve the clues. The game master asks about your group's escape room experience before you start, and the game is designed so that it can be tweaked to give you an enjoyable experience whether you are a novice or a master. Each room has a screen that counts down your time, but is also used by the game master to provide you clues if you need them. We were also lucky enough to get a brief backstage tour/preview of their second game "U Boat" currently in development. U-Boat looks amazing too. If you are interested in the Maker movement, try to arrange a backstage tour with them (after doing a game, of course). The team of Marie and Nico seem one of the best examples of makers that I'm aware of. As for enjoying the game we did, "The Heist", one member of my family didn't think she'd like the experience or be much help, but she got super engaged, had a great time, and probably solved more than the rest of use. She said if U-Boat had been open, we would have come back the next day to try it. If we are ever back in the Boston area with the time to go back after U-Boat is open, we'll definitely give it a try.
