Raaka Chocolate, Brooklyn

My cousin and I did the chocolate making tour....it was so informative and the chocolate is divine!!! We learned how their high quality chocolate is made from the bean to the bar. Then afterward we poured our own chocolate bars adding all kinds of options to flavor the chocolate..what great fun. I am so impressed with the care they take sourcing directly from organic growers that use sustainable farming methods.
