We took the City View Tour on a beautiful Sunday morning and could not havr been happier with our experience! Guides are locals & and longtime transplants who share their knowledge and local color of the area. The bikes are excellent and time was taken to properly fit each one us. The ride has one medium hill, but if you are reasonably fit it's not a problem. When my bike experienced a flat, the team was prepared with tools to repair on the spot and I didn't miss a single part of the trip. This experience is well worth the money and a terrific way to see many parts of the city while enjoying a nice bike ride.

Rented a bike for this coming weekend and ended up crashing ending up in the hospital. As I ended up trying to cancel my bike rental as I’m unable to ride but was told I can’t due to the cancellation policy. I do understand about cancelling for non emergent issues but I’d expect at the very least being able to use that money in the bike shop, which you can’t either. Or id even be happy with getting half back (rather expensive as I paid 160$ for one day) I live across country with no plans coming back to Boston so the reschedule doesn’t do much either. Pretty upset about this.
