    Most Incompetent, rude customer service when you call. The bored customer service is completely unhelpful and ignorant. If something goes wrong do not count on them to help fix it and reimburse your.....  more »

    The harbor cruise came with the Hop on and Off Trolley tour and even with covid going on, there were folks on the cruise with us. Social distancing was in place and really was not busy as there were.....  more »

    The ship was nice and well laid out for viewing the ocean. The naturalists were well informed and kept us occupied. The only problem was the whales didn't cooperate on this day there was a sighting of a humpback that was diving and also a Minke but we only saw glimpses. They gave us rain checks for a free cruise that doesn't expire which was nice not sure we'll be back.

    Went during a clear winter day in febrary and it was great!! Very roomy since not many people attended. I recommend going to the top floor for best views. Interesting announcer Devon had great stories. The boat ride was very smooth. Recommended
