Cascade Caverns, Boerne

Make sure you can do stairs for this one! They do their tours hourly and usually it's a small group of 4 to 8 people. It's one way in and out with a pump to take the water out and electricity in. It's magnificent to behold and see with your own eyes. A hidden gem. You actually get to taste the water from one of the little falls pepper to hitting the main centerpiece. The guides are very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions! It is privately owned and operated so it's not a Texas park owned area. They rely on visitors to keep it going and the business that owns it. Highly recommend it since you get up close and personal with the caverns.

Fun place. Great hole in the wall (pun intended) place. Worth the trip, great people and good tours. Relatively inexpensive and low key. Can camp there too.
