Mall of America attracts over 40 million shoppers each year, the most of any mall in the world. The largest indoor shopping complex in the country, the mall houses an indoor theme park, aquarium, wedding chapel, and a miniature golf course in addition to the usual stores, movie theaters, and restaurants. Many visitors follow the shopping experience with a ride on one of the mall's 24 roller coasters, but you can also explore the aquarium's family-friendly exhibits. The mall is a ten-minute car ride from the airport, though you can easily reach it by the light rail network from almost anywhere else in the greater Minneapolis area. Our Bloomington trip planner makes visiting Mall of America and other Bloomington attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

Mall of America reviews

After all these years this mall is still a fantastic place to shop, eat and play. As for shopping you have hundreds and hundreds of stores where you'll be able to find the most selection you could ever hope for...from discount places to high high end. Restaurants are ubiquitous and will satisfy every palette and wallet. And the amusement park in the centre of the mall is fun for all ages. Get the daily wrist band and start riding. Plenty of adult rides as well as numerous children sized rides. The wristband makes sense if you are going to ride 5 or more rides which is easy to do as the lines are never long. They have some large scary rides to make the day extra fun. Just remember where you parked your car.

While it is just a Mall, it is a pretty impressive one. I've always had fun here. It's quite a huge place with a mammoth selection. It's good for all age groups and types of people. There's something for all, including families, kids and a dudes night out. I always tried to sample as many food places as I possibly could here. I can't remember them all, but they're generally good. The aesthetics of the place are relatively impressive. It's worth it just for the novelty of going to the most impressive Mall in the US.
