Bangor City Forest reviews
We had a nice afternoon walk here. Although, we were disappointed that we couldn't visit the Oro Bog Boardwalk. We walked for a couple hours. There weren't many birds, but it was still a nice walk... more »
This is a beautiful flat walk with many off shoots so you can make it an entire loop or short trails. I was looking forward to the Bog walk but it was roped off I am sure because of the Pandemic. A... more »
Took the pup out to the Bangor City Forest walking trails. The trails are dog friendly, the bog walk isn't. A good place to walk for a while for beginners and a great place to go long distance for avid outdoor runners. I love that it's always clean so we don't have to worry about our puppy eating garbage. There are even puppy vault bags provided near the entrance to ensure the Forest stays clean. My wife, puppy, and I love these trails.
Very nice woods and graveled walkways. Looked well maintained. There were bogs off the walkway and many mosquitoes. Trails were well marked and easy to follow.
