  • Taken me years to catch an open day. Worth the wait. Just love local history
  • Only open once a year, this was a rare treat to see around the castle. The family that live there did an excellent job of making us (and 1000+ others) feel welcome. It is lovely space for a picnic and a look around the ruins. I really hope the family consider more events, but understand this is their home.
