A nice, peaceful old church with some modernising touches, plus a corridor with lots of information available about the history of the town dating back to before the period of the Domesday book. I really enjoyed my visit and we had the place to ourselves. It was a nice place to seek refuge from the heat of a hot, sunny Saturday afternoon.
