Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford

4.3
In addition to serving as the cathedral church for the diocese of Oxford, Christ Church Cathedral is one of the largest colleges of the University of Oxford. Traditionally considered the most aristocratic college of its university, the institution has produced thirteen British prime ministers, equal to the number produced by all 45 other Oxford colleges combined. John Locke, John Wesley, Robert Peel, William Gladstone, and W.H. Auden studied here, to name just a few notable alumni. Throughout its history, the college’s world-famous Cathedral Choir has attracted many distinguished composers and organists, with many award-winning recordings to its credit. Guided tours of the site’s historic buildings and its well-known art collection are available weekly. Personalized tours, tailored to individual interests, can also be arranged. • The place where Harry Potter took place. One part of the Oxford. Only parts of the place available to visitors while some parts currently under construction or maintenance. Better be careful when exam or mass taking place. Keep your volume down and enjoy your trip. Souvenirs shop available at the end of the route viewing the place. Please make sure you follow the route strictly to prevent accident. Admission fee £20/£8/£7 depends on your identity. Show student card for student discount.
  • Fantastic place where you can enjoy in Oxford. The hall decorations inspired Harry Potter movies. Is the best place you can visit in the city because the rest of universities are worthless. I do really recommend to visit this place in the morning otherwise it gets really crowded.
