  • Great place, well staffed, and the shark tunnel was amazing. Id happily go along that time and again. The seal feeding was very informative a D nice to see the obvious care and bond the staff have with the animals. There's a lot for children to see and it's also good for adults. The staff are fantastic and really good with both questions and also children. I would say though it's not easy to get too as it's through a wee town, and not clearly marked. Also, the food was not great, and it does feel a little pricey. However, I feel it was worth the money and would definately recommend it.
  • Not as big as we expected, with the main tunnel moving walkway out of action, the crowd management for the 2pm shark feeding (by a pair of divers) could be improved. It was also a very long set of ramps down - didn’t see an elevator for the elderly or disabled. The seal feeding was fun, although their outdoor pool did see rather spartan. The smaller fish tanks, frogs, salamanders, turtle, etc were good & our three year old enjoyed it.
