National Museum of Flight, North Berwick

As an Aviation Geek I was fascinated by everything from a glider to the concord there is so much there to see and do. You can go in The Concord and that is amazing its something i shall never ever forget. There is a superb experiments area in which there is many flight simulators and scientific experiments such as a gravity machine. There is a shop which sells everything you could possibly want such as Concord models, model red arrow, aircraft books and manuals, toys, aviation inspired stationary and airfix. There is a small screen next to all aircraft which tells you about the story and peoples experience on the aircraft. There is staff through out the whole place who are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant... I was with my brother who is disabled ♿ and found from entering to leaving how accessibly friendly it is. Loved it, my stster loved it and importantly my brother loved it. Big thumbs up for a disabled very friendly environment. All the staff we dealt with were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to assist us. This is my first visit and experienced so much that l need to return. The hangers are out of this world, great seeing the concord as my partner was one of the government officials that had to deal with the French, as initially they wanted a hundred made! I also felt l was in a time machine sent back in another era. A place for everyone, any age, any disability... I am still filled with excitement: at last the kid in me has been liberated. Thank you, thank you so much a brilliant visit, unfortunately we ran out of time.. Its definitely on the calender when we come on holiday in the area next year.
