Royal County Down Golf Club is a golf club in Northern Ireland, located in Newcastle, County Down. It opened 132 years ago on 23 March 1889 and is one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland. It has two 18-hole links courses, the Championship Course and the Annesley Links.

  • One of the Best. Played from 6,800 yards, 74 SSS. Windy conditions, lots of Heather, hit lots of 170 to 200 yard shots into the greens. Very hilly (high dunes), numerous blind shots, golf balls hard to find in horse and heather.
